We are looking for a dynamic person to serve as Head for our Architectural & Design Consultant Team. You will lead the team in our Helsinki headquarters as well as our distributors worldwide.In order to succeed you need to be social and have good negotiation skills. You should have a creative mind and interest and capability to learn new things. A natural way to engage and inspire those around you is crucial. You have to be organized, focused on results, and able to see things through.

What do we do?
Graphic Concrete Ltd manufactures and sells an innovative product known as Graphic Concrete. It enables durable patterns and images to be produced on prefabricated concrete surfaces. Graphic Concrete is a patented technology invented by interior architect Samuli Naamanka.Since the late 1990s we have been working around the world with projects ranging from industrial buildings to fine art. Today our technology is a proven concept within the prefabrication concrete industry. An extensive number of reference buildings demonstrates the vast range of building designs in which Graphic Concrete can be used. Our goal is to enable architects and designers to turn their visions into reality. Our products can be tailored, and the outcome of each project is unique. We believe in building a better environment through the use of Graphic Concrete. 

What will you do?
You will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing GC product awareness and sales together with the team. As the company’s front figure, you will call on architects, designers, concrete prefabricators, developers and related contractors in order to establish strong relationships as a base for continuous business. 

Your responsibilities:
Create short and long term plans to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, corporate accounts, property owners, concrete prefabricators and other construction service providers to gain GC specifications for prefabricated concrete surfaces, exterior and interior.
Actively represent and promote GC to the design- and construction community through visits and events at local chapters and targeted associations.
Manage the Graphic Concrete Consultants, Distributors and Representatives worldwide, setting up action plans and follow up results.Motivate and creatively support the team to ensure that the work is being done productively and with dedication.
Implement the Strategy set by the Board of Directors, manage the budget and maintain discipline to stay within assigned consult- expense- and sales budgets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. 

Requirements:
Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Industrial Design, Building Engineering or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
Valid Current Drivers License.
The work requires flexibility and being able to travel (20% - 50%).
Knowledge: Understanding of construction, architecture and design.
Knowledge of Cad software, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Office software.
Fluent in English and Finnish, other languages is a plus.
Knowledge of the precast concrete industry is a plus.
Experience: Experience in project leadership is required
